As our cushions are handmade in the UK, the above shipping times may vary.
*The above delivery charges to destinations outside of the UK are for cushion covers only. If you also wish to purchase cushion pads then please contact us so that we can provide you with a quotation for delivery costs.
Please note that for international orders you will need to take responsibility for any import duties within your own country.
All of our cushions are made to order. Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all orders expediently please note the above delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the carrier company's own estimates.
All parcels must be signed for at the delivery destination address. Deliveries may take place anytime from Monday to Saturday. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery then the carrier will leave a card notifying you that delivery has been attempted and delivery has been re-scheduled for another day or that you should contact them to arrange redelivery.
Should you fail to receive your order within 14 days of placing your order then please contact us so that we may track the status of your parcel. - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OoaKI will offer an exchange or refund on all cushions if you are not perfectly happy, within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in perfect condition and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.
Bespoke products, made to order, or fabric cut by the meter are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a fault with the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights. - PAYMENT & SECURITY

We only accept payment for orders in (£) GBP sterling.
If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in (£) GBP sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
Although we try to ensure all the prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
Since 30 September 2009, every internet retailer must meet certain Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). To ensure your personal data is kept safe we are audited quarterly to check compliance to these security standards. In addition, all transactions are processed through a secure channel.

- A contract between you and OoaKI for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and OoaKI irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel the contract between you and OoaKI for any reason upon giving written notice to OoaKI within 7 days of the date of the contract.
If you cancel within this time you will be refunded any payments after the deduction of postage costs.
You will be required to return to OoaKI any products sent to you under any contract you have cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure your products are delivered to OoaKI as refunds can only be processed after receipt of your goods. OoaKI recommend you use a trackable postal service.
The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Conformity of Goods
OoaKI takes every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of its products within the website are correct. Whilst colour representation is a close representation we cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computers and/or browsers. Fabric colours may vary in accordance with the batch code.
